The automobile chassis dynamometer is a device that uses an indoor bench to simulate road driving conditions to detect the power of the vehicle, and it is also a road resistance simulation loading device to measure the exhaust emissions and fuel consumption of vehicles under multiple working conditions. The vehicle chassis dynamometer system is mainly composed of road simulation system, loading system, data acquisition and control system, safety assurance system and guidance system;
1.Equipment Features
▶ Adopt high-power air-cooled eddy current device and high-precision sensor to ensure stable and accurate detection and low maintenance cost;
▶ The table body adopts an integrated frame structure, the drum is precisely machined, the balance accuracy is high, the surface of the drum is specially treated with a high adhesion coefficient, and high-strength bearings are used, with strong bearing capacity, safety and reliability;
▶ The structure is reasonable, the internal power loss is low, the basic inertia is accurate, and the safety device is complete to ensure the safety and stability of the test process;
▶ Fully meet the technical requirements of the relevant national standards and regulations for the chassis dynamometer;
▶ Applicable to the detection of steady state working condition method, simple transient working condition method and loading deceleration working condition method;
The surface of the drum is painted with plasma carbide, hardness>HRC60. Adhesion coefficient>0.92, after high-level dynamic balance;
